Hi - I'm Jayne and I am a counsellor and hypnotherapist covering the Liverpool and Widnes area. Thank you for taking the time to read and look around my website. xx

I am passionate about the therapies and techniques I offer and believe 100% in their positive effects and benefits it has on all the people I support and work with.

We all at some point in our lives face challenges, whether big or small, we sometimes need that extra support through counselling to help heal, understand and move forward feeling free, positive and confident to achieve all you dreamed of.

**Please note that due to Covid 19 I have had to cancel all my face to face counselling and hypnotherapy sessions for all my current and new clients. As soon as I am able I will let everyone know when I can start to accept face to face clients again.

I have been evaluating how I can offer support for clients in these uncertain times and I will now be offering online skype sessions for counselling sessions only. I understand that this is will not suit everyone for different reasons at this time but if you feel that you would benefit from counselling skype sessions for whatever reason whether it be ongoing struggles or connected with the current situation we are all struggling to understand or deal with, then just send me an email and we can arrange some sessions.

As a counsellor in the Liverpool/Merseyside, Widnes and Cheshire area - I support Adults/Children & Young People through not only counselling but also through my Hypnotherapy work.

I was looking for a counsellor in the Liverpool/Merseyside area and contacted Jayne with an issue I thought I had, after a brief conversation Jayne identified I was focusing on and trying to deal with the wrong thing.
Jayne pointed me in the right direction, and helped me understand what my issue was, how it had contributed to previous behaviour and how it was affecting my present behaviour, I could see for myself where it was taking me.
I felt so at ease with Jayne and could open up to her immediately, something I had been unable to do even to the closest people around me. Jayne has this uncanny way making you feel you have answers yourself, guiding you in the right direction. She is the most perceptive and astute person I have ever met, she sees into to your heart and your mind.
Following my sessions with Jayne I am (apologies for the cliché) a new person or maybe the person I was. My confidence has returned, my outlook on life is totally different in a positive way, most importantly the people around me see it too.

I cannot thank Jayne enough, working with her has turned my life around.

COMING SOON - Chocolate Therapy Workshops for children. Along side my therapy work I am currently developing my chocolate business and part of this will be offering workshops for children and young people. These will be for groups but also for one to one sessions for children who are struggling to communicate how they are feeling - Please keep an eye out for up and coming updates!!

My Counselling and Coaching for Kids Program's allow your child to overcome whatever challenges they may be facing through counselling and or hypnoterapy whether it be Confidence, Anger, Negative Thought Patterns, Exam Stress, Bullying, Direction and Focus or maybe they have experienced a Loss and are struggling with Overwhelming Emotions.

My six and four week counselling program's allow your child to overcome any challenges and teach them powerful techniques to let go and move on with a more positive outlook.

No matter what you would like to change or achieve, with the right support things can change.

1. Get Clear - As specifically as possible, decide what you want.

The more Clear you are on what you want to have in your life the more likely you are to achieve it.

2. Get perspective

Most people don't tell anyone what they really want or what they are really struggling with and because of that they don't get an outside perspective.

3. Get support.

Many people find it hard to ask for help - suffering in silence for a long time not being to tell people close to them how they are really feeling. The biggest and hardest thing to do is to take that first step in reaching out and letting someone know you are struggling.

Make that first step - send me an email briefly saying what you need support with and I will get back to you within 48 hours and we can take it from there.
